I contacted several communication companies for help in getting my business up and running again. TTI responded to my request and was at my door that day. Tom Kinney quoted me on the spot to run new cable, install a data network and a phone system. I told him it was necessary to have my business running within two days. We first reached out to TTI almost two years ago when our vendor went out of business and we needed help with our TeleVantage Phone System. My old vendor had sold us on a VoIP System that only they knew and the only support that we could find came from the manufacture who was over located over 3,000 miles away. We had many issues with our system and the biggest disappointment was we had an IP System that wasn't set up to be networked. When the time came to add more phones we were forced to buy more licensing on top of the phone cost. TTI explained much better way to communicate with our 6 remote sites and we would see an immediate ROI with their solution. Now we have a excellent Call Center and we can four-digit dial and transfer calls to all our remote sites thanks to our new Avaya IP Office Phone System. At the same time I now have complete control of my system so I can add and delete new extensions with the greatest of ease. Even better I don’t have to rely on my old vendor or system. This is common problem when you buy a proprietary system. Most of the time a company will think that all systems are the same so the buy the cheaper system. The company purchasing doesn't realize they once they buy a TeleVantage, Comdial, Vertical or an appliance phone like Samsung, Panasonic, Mitel, or Toshiba that they are making a full commitment to deal with only one company in the end. This means if you refuse to buy their maintenance contract or pay their high tech rate then they don't have to service your system. This is great business move for them but a bad move for you. If most companies fully understood this then I would think they would never make such a deal.
TTI provides Avaya & Nortel systems which are the two most popular systems on the market today. The fact that Avaya recently bought out Nortel only makes Avaya even stronger.
By SJ Gastroenterology getting away from IP Power Brick Phones they also save money on their energy bill every month. Their 6 locations are being networked with a PaeTec MPLS Network and Avaya IP Office 500 Phone System. Installation went smooth and systems have been running with no problems March 2009.
Telephone Technology Integration has been supplying us with phone equipment and technical services for over 5 years. In this time they have always come through for us in the clutch. When our Definity VM crashed TTI got a replacement system up and running under 24 hours. When I have questions and would like a face to face meeting my Account Manager Tom Kinney was at my door in minutes. Best part about dealing with TTI is they are reliable, honest and we can count on them to get the job done right.

Tom and Dave from TTI worked with us on a repair to a 15 year old phone system. Other repair companies we contacted tried to discourage us from repairing our system and attempted to sell us a new system. From the initial phone call, Tom worked over the phone to diagnose the problem and then Dave came out after hours to replace the broken part and program the system. Dave even made a recommendation on how to fix a Verizon problem we had been experiencing for years. With the info he provided, we contacted Verizon and that problem was finally fixed. Both Tom and Dave provided exceptional service, their prices were competitive and the replacement part was priced even better than other places online including eBay. We would not hesitate to call TTI for repairs, service, or recommendations for anything related to our phone system in the future.
