All telephone equipment purchased from TTI comes with a one year warranty unless stated elsewhere. If the product purchased from TTI does not work in that first year then we will replace the purchased item. TTI does not cover warranty of malfunctioning equipment due to lighting strikes, power surges, brown outs or dropped equipment.

If customer wants to return any item then TTI reserves the right to decide if the item can be returned and what the applicable restocking fee would be. Average restocking cost is 20%. 
 

TTI’s Account Managers will always work hard to help our customers with incorrect orders or with equipment that is not working.
