TTI installed and networked 6 Avaya IP Office 500 Systems with one centralized VM at HQ site.

TTI Introduced Paetec Communications to the customer who provided 2 Dynamic T1 lines and 1 PRI T1 line. Paetec provided all remote offices with single Dynamic T1.

All locations can now dial each other by simply pressing 4 digit extension #. All calls between networked sites are free.  

Customer can now get their faxes at desk top utilizing DID #’s and Multi Tech Fax Finder.

1.       TTI interviewed the customer in advance to determine how the IP Office Phone Systems would be programmed.

2.       TTI then preprogrammed all 6 IP Office systems along with VM Pro in our office.

3.       Paetec Communications provided T1 service at each location.

4.       TTI went from location to location following Paetec lead when service was brought in to each site.

5.       When customer was ready for cutover both Paetec and TTI equipment fired up and started working.

6.       TTI tech then went to location to location turning up each system.

7.       TTI made the time to observe the next day call flow and tweaked the system where needed.

8.       We were awarded with A+ service from the customer and system has been running with no problems since April 30, 2009 which was the cutover date.
